Fozzy Touring in the Spring

Fozzy will continue to rock its fans across America on the “Judas Rising” tour, with newly added dates in 2018. Set to launch February 28th in New Orleans, Louisiana, the 25-date trek will cross the entire country before coming to a close on April 8th in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Tickets for these newly announced dates go on sale to the public this Friday (December 8th).

Fozzy lead singer Chris Jericho said that connecting with the audience is the most important job for a band when it plays live: “When you have the connection with the audience, that’s the most important thing. And I’ve seen great bands that just don’t have that connection and just don’t last, and I’ve seen so-so bands that connect with the audience and people go nuts for them and love them. I mean, it’s almost like watching your friend onstage. I think that’s the biggest thing, is just connecting with the crowd, and the word gets around, man. There are so many bands now that are touring, you have to bring something special to the table.” Support on the tour will come from Through FireSanta Cruz and Dark Star Choir. The upcoming dates come on the heels of the October release of Fozzy’s seventh album, Judas. The album’s title track was released in May 2017, becoming a Top Five hit at active rock radio.
